MendeleyでJournal名を省略形にしたcitation styleを作成する方法

Mendeleyで論文を作成する場合に投稿するJournalのCitation Styleがないことがあります。新しくCitation Styleを作るのはそれほど難しくはないのですが、Journalの証略形を使用するよう求められることがあります。

In References, journal titles should be abbreviated according to “ Index Medicus”.
For example, American heart journal in Reference 5 should be abbreviated Am Heart J.

これは調べてみますとMendeleyの有名な弱点のようです。googleでsearchするともっともよい解説は

1. Mendeleyのuser data folderにjournalAbbreviationsというフォルダを作成する。
2. default.txtを作成する。
3. ジャーナルの正式な名前をいれてタブで区切り証略形を入力する。
4. cslファイルのcontainer titleがshortになるようにする。

というステップを踏めばMendeleyを用いてjournalの証略形を使用することができます。

問題はdefault.txtの作成ということになるのですが　http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=tVrUas82　などからダウンロードすることもできます。ファイルで注意するのはcase-sensitive、大文字、小文字を正確に入力する必要があるということです。

Journalの証略形についてはIndex Medicusで調べるともできます。

下記はHeart and VesselsのCitationファイルになります。テキストファイルにcopy & pasteで作成、ファイル名を付けて保存して使用してください。これに上にあげたdefault.txtを使用するとMendeleyで省略形のJournal titleを使用できるようになります。

引用文献がアルファベット順に並ぶため
